1. The service

Rank Sphere provides website auditing, content publishing, rank tracking, and related marketing services ("your director"). Your director is an automated assistant supervised by our team.

2. No ranking guarantees

Search engines and AI answer engines control their own results. We engineer work to improve visibility; we do not and cannot guarantee any specific ranking, citation, traffic level, or revenue outcome.

3. Your site and content

You retain ownership of your website and all content we publish to it on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect the sites you add. You may review, edit, or remove any published content at any time.

4. Billing

Plans are billed monthly through Stripe after a 3-day free trial. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Rank Sphere to audit or publish to sites you do not control, to distribute unlawful content, or to violate search engine spam policies.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
