What we collect

Account details (email, name), your connected sites and their crawl/audit data, chat transcripts with your director, usage analytics, and billing information (processed by Stripe — we never see card numbers).

How we use it

To run audits, publish content you approve, track rankings, and improve the service. We do not sell personal data.

Processors

Supabase (database and auth), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (billing), Anthropic (content and chat processing), Google (PageSpeed and Search Console data you connect), Resend (email), Sentry and PostHog (diagnostics and analytics).

Your rights

You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings, or by emailing support@ranksphereai.com. EU/UK users have GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, and portability.
